Applications for The Hotsinpiller Memorial Foundation scholarship are available at the foundation’s website HERE.
The scholarship is awarded annually to one or more high school seniors from the designated counties in West Virginia with a 3.0 grade point average who have been accepted to a West Virginia college or university, and who intend to major in criminal justice or another social science.
