In a little more than a week, Derek Hotsinpiller Fallen Stars 5K will take place for the 15th consecutive year and this year’s race is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
Some lofty goals were set and all of them are closing in on being accomplished. Centering around the anniversary number 15 – the target was 15 runners from each of the 50 states, 15 runners from 15 different countries and 1,500 total competitors (in-person and those who choose to participate virtually).
