BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) – The Hotsinpiller Foundation stopped by the Bridgeport Police Department to donate K9 kits to law enforcement officers from around the state.
The kits utilize scent to help a K9 enhance its ability to detect substances such as heroin and methamphetamine.
