My name is Tim Curry, and I am beyond exited to join the race committee for the first time this year. I have deep admiration for the mission of the Hotsinpiller Memorial Foundation, and I am honored to contribute to its noble cause. Over the past several years, I have not only supported the foundation’s initiatives but have actively participated in the race, experiencing firsthand the community spirit and dedication that fuels our collective efforts.
Born and raised in Fairmont, I am proud to be deeply rooted in this community. After graduating from Fairmont State University in 2012, I dedicated myself to a career focused on public safety and emergency services. Currently, I serve as the Director of Emergency Management for the City of Bridgeport, where I am responsible for overseeing and enhancing our community’s preparedness and response strategies. My career began in 2007 as a paramedic with Marion County EMS.
This blend of professional experience and personal commitment to public safety enriches my involvement with the Hotsinpiller Memorial Foundation. As a member of the race committee, I hope to be able to leverage some of my grant writing skills to help grow the race and further the mission of the Foundation.
