Recipients

D. Brett Harbaugh is the son of Dan and Connie Harbaugh of Bridgeport. He is a recent graduate of Bridgeport High School where he was a member of the swim, football, basketball and baseball teams.

He is an active member of the Youth Group at the Clarksburg Baptist Church and recently participated in a mission trip to Haiti. He also participated with the State Wide Leadership Core with the WV Baptist Convention. During high school he owned and operated his own lawn care and snow removal business.

He will attend West Virginia University to major in Criminology and plans to pursue a law enforcement career at the federal level.
