Recipients

Dylan Smith is the son of Michael Smith and Allison Rowe of Lost Creek. He is a graduate of South Harrison High School where he was a member of the Basketball, Football and Track teams.

He has served his community by helping with meals at the Mission and gift-wrapping for the United Way. He works part time.

He plans to attend Wesleyan to major in Criminal Justice and plans to pursue a career with the West Virginia State Police. One of his goals is to “watch out for the people of West Virginia.”
