Recipients

Logan Troppman is a 2024 graduate of Martinsburg High School and currently attends West Virginia University where he is studying Criminology. With a cumulative GPA of 4.3, Logan is interested in Federal Law Enforcement, specifically serving as a special agent or another investigative support role. He is inspired by his dad, a career employee in federal law enforcement. Volunteer work at the Boys and Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle has provided him with experience to further inspire him. At MHS, he was a member of The National Honor Society, Interact Club, and Buddies Club, for which he served as 2023 President. Logan excelled in Lacrosse, serving as captain in 2023. He hopes to continue his Lacrosse career at WVU and plans to be an active community volunteer. A word to describe logan is “dedicated,” which he has demonstrated in the classroom, in athletics and personal life.Logan is the son of Neil and Karla Troppman.
